Gruinard Bay

I'm always impressed with the view out to Gruinard Bay from the vantage point up the road. I've been sat on this image for years and only recently (January 2025) decided it should be on the website. Strangely I thought the composition  wasn't strong enough for the gallery but I think I was wrong. It's not all about perfect compositions. Sometimes location and light is enough and Gruinard Bay cannot be ignored. It's a stunning location and a place so far north it's unlikely I will get to this location often to perfect it.
